This is a Colombian coffee with a honey process finish from the Citará region in Colombia. This coffee is a caturra bean produced by Samuel Roldán and his family.
A light and sweet heavenly sensation... of craft coffee. You've gotta try it to believe it. This coffee is ridiculously sweet with notes of peach and strawberry due to the honey process. The beans are depulped but left with a thin covering called mucilage before dried. Keeping this mucilage on the bean allows the coffee to keep its natural sweetness.
